OPP Update: April 2018

🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰   🐰

Happy Spring Blog Readers,

I hoped you all had a great Easter last week. As far as the weather, some places are still feeling the pinch of winter.  Here in Delaware, it's been chilly at night, but mild during the day.  Later this week, the temperatures are going to rise in the high 50s and 60s.

We are already 9 days into the month of April, and I am just submitting this post.   I have been a busy man the last couple of weeks, as you will read below.

This past March, I have been training on the Bitcoins Wealth Club system, so I am learning more about Bitcoins and how to make money with the system.  At the time of this posting, I am almost halfway through the course.  Nevertheless, I will discuss more about my training in my next posting.

Last month, I have started advertising my landing page on safelists and traffic exchanges, and so far, I have one sign up to my email list.  One signup is great, but now I need to continue to advertise to get more signups.  Once I get more signups, I will complete my funnel.

For those of you who are not familiar with a funnel, it is a system of emails sent to your email list on a timely basis.  Some of the emails will provide free content, and others will promote a product or affiliate link.  This is perhaps the best way to make at least $10k per month, every month!

As far as my customer service positions, I have been very busy as of late.  This is the peak time of the year for sales with Tan Physics.  I have been working extra hours in the last 2-3 weeks, working as early as 7 am.  Working these extra hours has exhausted me, which is why I haven't spend as much time promoting my businesses, and why I'm getting out this posting so late.

I also found out that my servicing with Staples will be coming to an end later this year.  At the end of April, my Statement of Work expires and I hope it will get renewed for the next three months.  If so, then I'll be able to service with Staples until the end of July, the time when the servicing will end.  This all means that I will need to step up my game and promote, promote, promote my businesses, so I can make the sales and not have to look for another customer service position later.

Every week, I would play an instant scratch game in hopes that I would get a boost in my quest for financial freedom.  However, I made the decision last month that I will stop spending $10 a week on instant scratch games, and invest that money in Facebook advertising.  I will start promoting my landing page on a small budget.  As the sales start to pour in, then I will increase my advertising budget.

I also heard that there are free ways to utilize social media to promote my services.  As I learn this methods, I will use them in my marketing strategy (as I mentioned many times before, education is the key to many great things).

Tomorrow will be the 1-year anniversary of moving to my brother's home.  Frankly, I didn't think I would still be here after one year.    However, it is an advantage at this point.  If I were to move now, I probably would put myself in the same position where I would be struggling financially, so staying here a few extra months is the best choice.  My plan is to build my businesses to a point where I can bring in at least $2500 a month, then when it's time for me to move, I won't need to spend up to 60 hours a week on the telephones.

My journey continues in the month of April.  See you at the next posting, when I start talking more about bitcoins.

OPP Update: March 2018

Good morning Blog Readers:

It is early morning, just a little before 7 am (at the time I'm typing this paragraph).  I had woken up to head to the gym this morning before I start work at 9 am.  However, I was thinking about my marketing efforts in February last night, and it wasn't favorable to say the least....so I decided to skip the gym today and to do my monthly OPP Update.  Normally, the plan is to do my update on the first of the month.  It's already March the 5th, so I know I needed to take care of it.

Last month, I did accomplish a couple of things with my internet marketing business:  first of all, I finally completed my landing page, so I am now able to build my marketing list.  However, I haven't really promoted my page, so at this time, the traffic to that landing page has been nil.  The second thing I have accomplished is that I now have my bitcoin wallet.  Going forward, I will start adding funds to my wallet twice a month to build my wealth in bitcoins.  At the same time, I will continue my education with bitcoins and will learn the ways of earning bitcoins daily.

For the month of March, I have 3 agendas:

  1. Learn different traffic methods; I'll learn those methods via ClickBank University
  2. Promote my landing page using different traffic methods (safelists, social media)
  3. Further my education with bitcoins

Completing the above agendas won't be easy to accomplish, but I will need to find a way.  My first obstacle is my Tan Physics position.  Now that spring is around the corner, the call volume has tripled, so the downtime is becoming fewer and fewer to work on my marketing efforts.  Even when I get a few minutes of downtime, I'm too tired to even think about reading and learning.  To help with fatigue, I am now taking a multi-vitamin daily.  I am hoping this will now keep me awake.

My second obstacle is my gym time.  I have been heading to the gym more consistently, so that could be time I can use to work on my marketing business.  I do recognize the fact that I need to be healthy in order to work, so I will need to utilize my time to work out and to work my business.  That will mean less "chill" time.

Speaking of chill time, that is my third obstacle.  Of course, spending up to 60 hours a week on the phones can tire a person out.  Thus having that time to relax is crucial.  However, I feel that I'm utilizing too much of this time to relax, when I can be working on my business.

As I type this blog posting, I'm now thinking what I can do to make time for my 3 agendas above.  If I schedule the time ahead to learn and promote, then I can get more accomplished.  I have a spreadsheet in which I can plan my day. I need to start using it.

Later this month, I plan to start another promotion:  recruiting new members to learn about bitcoins through the Bitcoins Wealth Club (BWC).  I will discuss that in further detail at a later posting.

On a lighter note; last night, I was discussing with a friend which rodent/insect repellent I will purchase when I move back into another apartment.  As I discussed in my previous postings, I had mice in my apartment the last few months of living there. I want to prevent that from happening when I move to my new apartment.  My plan is to purchase a rodent/insect repellent for every room, so I will need 4.  I have 3 smaller repellents I that purchased previously which I can use in my bathroom and smaller areas.  The point is, I want to keep my next apartment free of those pests, and I'll do it at any cost.

Thinking about this conversation with my friend last night in which I'm planning my next move to another apartment.....this should be motivation for me to get off my butt and start working my internet marketing business, so I can get the sales and save up the money to finally get another apartment.  My life in Newark was perfect, and I can hardly wait to move back there.  If I think about this on a daily business, that will get me motivated to take action!

Wow....this posting took me about 30 minutes to type up...uninterrupted.  I hope to give you better results with my April OPP Update.  Have a Happy Monday everyone!

Ten Proven Ways to Make at Least $10K Every Month

$$$TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS A MONTH$$$

Just imagine if you were making this amount of money on a monthly basis.  What would you do?  How would you live?  Would you:
  • purchase a new home?
  • purchase new car?
  • spend more time with the family?
  • take more time to travel?
  • find a new hobby?
  • spend more time at the gym?

The point is; with that kind of income each and every month, you can live the type of lifestyle you always wanted.  In the internet marketing world, earning a $10K per month income is the benchmark for becoming successful in this field.  Once an Internet Marketer reaches that plateau, then the sky's the limit, for he/she can earn much, much more.

As I mentioned in previous postings, becoming a successful Internet Marketer is not:

  • something that will happen overnight
  • going to be easy to achieve
  • going to happen with just blindly advertising your affiliate link
  • something that you will attain with little or no effort

In order to become a successful Internet Marketer, you need the tools and the know-how to work your way to becoming an $10K per month earner.  Unfortunately, over 95% of individuals who advertise their services online don't make a single penny.  Many Internet Marketers don't have the mindset to succeed in this field, but in my opinion, there are many more who have the mindset, but do not have the tools and guidance needed to start earning a monthly income....and if that's you, then check out my special offer below:

I want to share with you an ebook I stumbled upon recently.  It is called Ten Proven Ways to Make at Least $10K Every Month, and it's written by an Internet Marketer, Jimmy D. Brown.  Inside this 30-page report, Jimmy gives you 10 ideas on how to make at least $10K per month.  I won't go into details, but it is a start-up guide for those Internet Marketers who are looking for a spark in their marketing efforts.

Here's my special offer:  If you are among the over the 95% who has yet to make any money online, click below, and I will send you this 30-page report for FREE.

Have a good day blog readers, and BE BLESSED!

OPP Update: February 2018

Happy February blog readers!

First of all, I want to congratulate the Philadelphia Eagles on their first Super Bowl victory.  After 3 tries, they finally did it!  I'm a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan, so I have mixed feelings on the win.  I can say this though; The NFC East is the first division in the NFL in which ALL the teams are Super Bowl Champions.  FLY EAGLES FLY!

The month of January was a quiet one for me as far as making progress with my internet marketing business.  I spent nearly all my time preparing my landing page and the amount of time I spent building my landing page was not enough.  The good news is that the page is almost finished, and I hope to have it live by the end of the week (I would have had it done last week, but I wasn't feeling well).  Once my landing page goes live, then my main tasks will be to promote my landing page and my personal website.  Once my email list begins to grow, I will also need to send periodic emails to my new list.  When I begin advertising to my new list, I am hoping to get some sales with my affiliate links.

Another task that I plan to achieve this month is to further my learning in bitcoins.  A couple of months ago, I joined the Bitcoins Wealth Club, and so far, I have learned quite a bit about bitcoins and how they work.  My next step is to start earning some bitcoins while I further my education.  Once I get a feel of what I'm doing, I will start promoting this opportunity to others.

The month of February will be a make-or-break month for me.  If I want to move into my own apartment sometime in the spring, I will need to start earning internet income.  It's going to be tough, but I will need to devote more of my time to my business.  My hours working with Staples/Arise have been slightly reduced, so I will need to utilize this time to:

  1.  complete my landing page
  2.  promote my landing page and personal website
  3.  continue learning about bitcoins.

That's all I have as far as my monthly update.  Have a great Tuesday everyone!

The Purpose of "OPP"

Hello Blog readers:

On August 18, 2016, which is exactly 17 months ago, I started this blog:

On the
Pathway to
Prosperity

My first posting provided you a blueprint of what I wanted to accomplish with this blog.  Exactly 17 months later, I want to expand on my purpose for writing this blog.   Listed below are the four reasons:

1:  My Personal Journal

I had always dreamed of starting a blog.  Previously, I had a blog on an adult website, and more recently I had started a blog, My Journey to Self Employment, in which I chronicled my journey to becoming my own boss, which I did in May of 2016 when I left JP Morgan Chase after 16 years.  Once I left the 9-to-5, I had a vision for the next blog I wanted to start.  My vision is to chronicle my journey from mediocrity to millionaire status.  Thus, you can say that "OPP" is my personal journal that will follow my journey from making no money online to creating a net worth of at least a million dollars.  If you follow me on my Pathway to Prosperity, you will get to see it first hand as I will periodically provide updates on my journey.

2:  Internet Marketing is for Real

It is ironic how you hear about a person after he or she has made thousands of dollars online (or so it seems).  For me, I want to make myself known at THIS point in my journey.  Thus, at this time, I have made very little money online (I made money tutoring math).  Following me in my journey, you will see that can go from making no money online to making a significant amount.  Even though I eventually want to make $10k or more per month, my immediate goal is to start making at least $5k per month, so at that point, internet marketing will become my full-time venture.

3:  Inspire Others to Take Action

In addition to inspiring to become a millionaire, I want to help others take the same path of success.  As I am discovering the Pathway to Prosperity, I want to share it with others who read my blog and with ones who visit my personal website.  I want to prove to the world that if I, an average "Joe", can make money online, anyone can, if you have the will to do so.

4:  Create Business Relationships

Not only do I want to lead by example, I would also like to build business relationships along the way.  It is said that it takes a TEAM to make things happen.  With that in mind, I would like to build a team of dedicated Internet Marketers to join me in my ventures, such as SFI and soon, my Bitcoin Wealth Club opportunity.

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

In 2018, I want to increase my blog readers.  I promise to post to this blog more frequently, and provide more content.  After all, internet marketing is still a learning process for me, and believe me, once I learn more about how it works, I will definitely share it with my readers.

Have a good day, and strive to be the best!

OPP Update: January 2018

HAPPY NEW YEAR BLOG READERS!!!!!

The New Year has finally come!  We said goodbye to 2017, and we are now welcoming a brand new year, 2018!  For the past several weeks, we have been engrossed into the holiday season, which started with Thanksgiving in late November, and ending with New Years Day, 2018.  Now that the holiday season is officially over, it is time to get down to business!

In the past few months, since I've moved to my brother's home, I have been attempting to feel my way in terms of what my role is as an Internet Marketer.  Yes, my planning was great.  However, when it came to implementing my plan, I fell behind!  After I got evicted from my home last April, my goal was to come here to my brother's home to get more involved in my internet marketing.  Unfortunately, I pushed my internet marketing efforts to the back burner and let other things (laziness, TV time, leisure activities, my customer service jobs) dictate my time.

One of the major steps I have been attempting to accomplish for months is to build a landing page in order to build my e-mail list.  Because I have no idea how to set one up, I let other things take precedence of my time, such as submitting my safelist postings.  Last month, after rejoining ClickBank University, I decided to put my safelist advertising on the shelf and to focus more on:

  • making improvements to my personal website
  • creating a landing page to build my e-mail list

So far, I have made some improvements to my personal website (which I will discuss more in detail in a future posting).  As of this posting, I have yet to build a landing page, but I have been reading and watching YouTube videos on how to set one up.

Nevertheless, my mindset has changed as far as my career.  In 2017, if you would have asked me what I do for a living, I would have told you that I have 2 customer service jobs, without mentioning my internet marketing business.  Ask me the same question today, and it will be different.  As of right now, my occupation is an Internet Marketer, with 2 customer service positions.  In order for me to start raking in at least $5k per month, I need to treat my internet marketing efforts like a full-time business.

Below, I have listed the projects I will be focusing on today and in the coming months.  I listed these projects in the order of priority, with the top ones listed first:

1.  Building a Landing Page

At this point, I am trying to decide whether to create my landing page through the same site where I built my personal website, 1&1 (which I will need to pay a fee), or build the page through Mailchimp.   I believe I can build a page through Mailchimp for free, so if that's the case, then I will utilize Mailchimp.   Once I build my page, then I will be able to create my e-mail list and create a newsletter, which I will use to provide free information and also to promote my affiliate sites.

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

2.  Learning about Bitcoins

I am so excited about this opportunity.  I have heard so much about bitcoins in the past year, so now I will be digging into this opportunity for myself.  Last month, I joined the Bitcoin Wealth Club, so I will be learning more about bitcoins and how they work.  Once I learn the ropes, I will be inviting others to join me in this journey.

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

3.  Adding Content to my Personal Website

So far, I have made improvements to "My Marketplace" on my website, in which, I created a better presentation for each of my ClickBank affiliate products.  In time I will make more enhancements to my website to give it a more professional look.  My plan is to also increase the traffic going to my site.  After all, my personal website is MY BRAND, so I have to represent my brand the best way possible.

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

4.  Becoming More Proficient with my Blog

Obviously I will need to post more frequently to my blog to increase my readership, but I also want to cover more topics within my blog.  Trust me, it's coming!  As I treat my internet marketing business as a full-time business, in turn, I will post more to my blog.  Those posting will be even more frequent once I reduce the hours of my customer service/sales positions.

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

5.  Strong Future International

This is a business that I have been involved with for nearly 17 years.  However, I have yet to make it work.   SFI has one of the best affiliate programs on the internet today, giving you the opportunity to build several streams of income (I will discuss this business in more detail in a later posting).  Once I create my e-mail list, I will start recruiting a team of dedicated entrepreneurs who are looking to create wealth together (yes, it takes a TEAM to make this work).  I have made this a personal challenge to make at least $5k a month with this venture alone.

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

6.  Safelist Advertising

I have not totally abandoned this form of advertising.  Though I most likely won't make $10k or more using this form of advertising, it could help me rake in some extra change.  I am a member of over 60 safelists, and I plan to not only advertise my brand on those safelists, but I will recruit others to join the safelists, and perhaps make money with each of them.

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

7.  Math Made Easy Tutoring

Even though my tutoring business is at the bottom of my priority list, there are students who need help with their math, so I will still tutor on the side.  Once I get my other ventures into place, I plan to promote my tutoring services a little more.

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

I will be working on the above projects in the coming months.  My immediate goal is to make $15k in sales (with my ClickBank affiliate products) as quickly as possible, so I will be rather busy.  Once I raise those funds, I will be able to get my own apartment, then really take off with my internet marketing career.

I definitely have a lot on my plate in the coming weeks, but I would have it no other way.  The majority of my time will be to provide customer service for the two positions and also to build my internet marketing business.  While I am waiting on calls for the customer service positions, I will be using that time to build my business.  My hard work will pay off, and TOTAL FINANCIAL FREEDOM is just around the corner.

In my next posting, I will redefine the purpose of my blog, and the things I will do to improve on it.  Until then, let's have a prosperous and productive 2018!

Two Thousand Eighteen

HAPPY HOLIDAYS blog readers:

The New Year is just around the corner (which at the time I'm typing this sentence is less than 29 hours away).   I just want to use this time to reflect on my year of 2017.

In May of 2016, I made the bold move of leaving my $20.00 per hour job at JP Morgan Chase to become my own boss.  Initially, I wanted to tutor math full-time.  However, that did not work in my favor.  At the end of 2016, I began working as an customer service agent for an outsourcing company, NexRep, which took me into 2017.

In my first full year of working from home, I had a few ups and downs.  First of all, I was evicted out of my apartment, so I had to get accustomed to living under someone else's roof for the first time in 25 years.  Even though I lost my total privacy, living under my brother's roof is not a bad move.  For one, it gives me an opportunity to rebound financially.  My expenses are down, which means I can ultimately put money away and not live paycheck to paycheck.

In January I started doing customer service/sales with Tan Physics, in which I will be celebrating my one-year anniversary next month.  I also started doing customer service for Staples through Arise in late August.  If all goes well, these two positions will be my last positions in which I will earn a hourly wage.

In late November, I placed a brief halt on my safelist advertising to focus more on improving my website and also to build a landing page in order to build my e-mail list.  I will discuss my progress with these next month!

If you are reading this, and you are an Internet Marketer, as yourself these questions:

"What goals have I set for 2018"

"Where do I see myself one year from now?"

If you are able to answer these questions definitively, then you could be on your way to earning  a steady income online (if you're not doing so already).  For those who cannot answer these questions, I hope I am able to be an inspiration to you and get you more motivated to take action.  Better yet, if you are serious about becoming a better Internet Marketer, perhaps we can work together to make that happen.  After all, it's better to do things as a team!

In my monthly update posting, I will discuss my blueprint for becoming successful in 2018.  Until then:
